Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we dispatch the order immediately.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

1.We accept returns/exchange If the jewelry received in a damaged condition or incorrect. A full 360 degree opening parcel video must be taken from the beginning without any cut or pause.  

2.We do not accept refunds at the moment.

Before dispatching the order, we do multiple checks to ensure the jewelry is of perfect quality.

3.Under very rare circumstances, if the stones or pearls are missing or fallen during transit, it can be easily fixed with glue . We will not accept it for return/refund/exchange.

4.No return or refund will be acceptable for not liking or non-suitability of the product.
